Vicky Gardner Vicky has a multi-faceted role within Meridian Productivity and is responsible for our Human Resources, Project Internal Audit and Quality, in addition to project consultancy work with clients in the Acute and Primary Care sectors.  With an HR and strategic consultancy background in addition to productivity she brings an additional perspective to how we work, both internally and with our clients. She conducts all our internal project audits to ensure in the early stages that our teams are on track to deliver successful projects.
