Our people are used to operating at all levels and consist of Productivity Specialists, Project and Programme Managers, Contract Managers and support staff. Each member of the team has a deep understanding of the culture and strategic frameworks applicable to the healthcare sector, particularly the NHS.  The teams, whose number varies according to the size of the project and the agreed delivery timescales, are based at
client premises for the duration of each project.

We place great emphasis on development and retention of our talent pool and have a policy of Continuous Professional Development which ensures that the skills and knowledge base of our project team are maintained up-to-date and that best practice is adopted in project delivery.  Each abides by the Association of Productivity Specialists ethical code of professionalism.  They use project management approaches based on PRINCE2 principles and practices; and change management methodologies encompassing Lean, Six Sigma and TQM doctrines, tailored to suit the specific needs of the client.

The majority of the senior management team spend most of their time in the field, working with clients and project teams thus ensuring cross fertilisation of best practice in delivery and providing support and guidance to project staff and clients.

James Quinn - Managing Director

Elwyn Evans - Business Manager

Vicky Gardner - Head of HR & Quality
