All of our programmes are delivered through hands-on implementation; with our consultants at the front line with all levels of personnel and their management in Acute, Provider, or Commissioning Services. As well as delivering results specific to each of the departments and disciplines, the improvements delivered in our programmes have a direct effect on the whole patient process, giving the opportunity to increase significantly the service level afforded to patients in terms of reduced waiting lists and waiting times for clinical services.
Where we undertake an analysis at our own cost, we will only propose to undertake a programme if, in the course of our outline study, we establish that we can get you, the client:

At least a 250% return on your investment within 1 year after project completion.

At least 60% of your investment while we are still on the project.

PHASE A: OUTLINE STUDY
Our objective is to carry out an in-depth analysis of your operation to identify and quantify deficiencies and estimate the improvement potential.
PHASE B: IMPLEMENTATION PHASE (PROGRAMME)
The objective of the implementation phase is to accomplish with you, in a hands on approach, the required changes and improvements that comprise Meridian Productivity’s proposals to you, the client.
PHASE C: PERPETUATION PHASE
Meridian personnel will report to the client on the integrity and continuous improvements the programme is achieving.
To realise those benefits for the clients’ top management, our productivity programmes have to transform cost effectiveness inside the organisation by making step changes in operational efficiency, and then ensure that the mechanism exists to measure it.
